The spices for this were very pungent, to put it politely. And the nuts stunk when they were in the oven. But oh my! They are so GOOOOOOOOOOOd. K. and I cannot stop eating them. I made them with splenda rather than sugar and it worked out fine and yum. Make them. You won't regret it.
